The ideal candidate will be an individual with strong sourcing, supply chain, and luggage or cut and sew experience. The Supply Chain Manager will act as the GM to run this office. As a company they have grown 15% year over year for the last 7 years. They have two distinct product lines. The first line is a moderately priced business cases that you would find in Staples or Office Max. Their main competitor is Targus. The second line is a high end brand of luggage which is only sold only to Luggage Specialty Retailers. Their main competitor is Tumi. Total spent for both brands this year will be approximately 24M. Confidential search for a Plant Manager for this established manufacturer. The ideal candidate would be experienced with cutting, sewing, and RF sealing with some screen printing and embroidery. It is more important that the individual is experienced with heat sealing than cutting and sewing. The person would be working for their flagship facility where they bring in their customers. This is also where Product Development works. The flagship facility employs approximately 130 workers, their other facility employs 50 workers. This is custom production, small lots, and quick turn – no finished good inventory. Candidates must have P&L, quality, self directed (light on Manufacturing Management), Engineering, Equipment purchasing, attention to detail, and the latest continuous improvement skills. They produce access for Harley Davidson, Airbags for Oxy for Aircraft and drainage bags for the medical industry. Good solid workforce with longevity.

- Act as a project manager for specific design projects
- Complete ECR's, CAR's PAR's as required by ISO requirements
- Interface with customers, vendors, end-users as required; interface with manufacturing, sales, customer service, purchasing and finance departments

- Two years law enforcement or outdoor equipment garment design experience preferred

Senior Patternmaker/Technical Designer for a half a billion dollar manufacturer of women’s clothing. They are looking for a first through production Patternmaker. The person in this role will develop patterns by interpreting design sketches and must be able to specify special construction or specifications for garment construction. The company prefers that the individual has 5-10 years patternmaking experience. Computer patternmaking experience is required; Lectra patternmaker computer system preferred. The Technical Designer will be working on woven tops, fittings, communicating with overseas, using Web PDM and Illustrator. This manufacturer has part time and full time positions available.
